Atlas notes

The Black Bay 54 argument is mostly about size: small, thin, vintage-proportioned divers are what a lot of people actually want, and the official ones cost a lot more than this. The L6033 is Cronos’s version, and the numbers are the right ones: 37mm without the crown, 11.1mm thick, 46mm lug to lug on 20mm lugs. On a small wrist that is a diver that stops looking like a hockey puck.

The spec list is better than the price. 316L steel, AR-coated sapphire, a 120-click ceramic bezel insert, a screw-down crown, 200 meters. Swiss C3 lume on the dial and hands, BGW9 blue on the bezel. Cronos lists a Jubilee and a riveted bracelet, though it says nothing about the clasp, and on a watch this small the clasp is where the savings usually hide.

Now the movement. The description text lists “PT5000/PT5004/ Miyota 9015”, but the variant selector is clearer: you pick either PT5000 or Miyota 9015, and the Miyota costs $60 more. They are not equivalent, and the Miyota is the better-regarded movement. Cronos publishes no power reserve, so I will not offer you one.

Prices run $238 to $258 with the PT5000 and $298 to $308 with the Miyota 9015, and the page carries an 11.11 and Black Friday promotion, so treat those figures as promotional. The $208 shown struck through is a list figure, not a price a buyer pays. I think it is worth a look if you have a small wrist and no appetite for a four-figure Tudor, and the Miyota is the variant I would pay the extra for.
